Before proceeding with the registration, please ensure the following preparations:
(1)Revise and format your paper (MS-WORD and PDF). If your paper is
formatted using LaTeX, kindly provide the source code in zip format.
(2)If your article includes multiple authors, please indicate the corresponding author
along with their email address using an asterisk (*)
(3)Save all pictures in your full paper as high-definition separate files (jpg, png,
tif, gif), with each picture named as Fig 1.jpg, Fig 2.jpg, Fig 3.jpg, etc. Then
compress them in zip format.
(4)Complete and sign the Copyright Form, then scan it in PDF format. Note: Please fill
in the "Print Name" and "Signature" fields on the last page with the
name and signature of the corresponding author
(5)Scan the Student Card (if applicable) in jpg format.
Once your files are ready, please proceed to register at Meta-Conference
system.

1. Each accepted paper must be accompanied by at least one author
registration,
otherwise it will be excluded from Conference Proceedings.
2. Each paid registration covers only one paper; you can pay Additional Paper Fee (380
USD) for one more paper from the same first author who already has a paid registration.
3. Each normal registration includes one paper publication in proceedings, a bag, a
badge, program schedule, and attending all technical sessions and social programs
(tea/coffee breaks, conference lunches).
4. All attendees must register, but only attendee without paper publication can register
with
the abstract registration fee.
5. Payment of fees must accompany all registration files and must be made in USD.
The
conference organizer will not accept any bank charges associated with the transfer of
money.
6. The cost of the hotel accommodation and travel is not included in the registration
fee.
Attendees wish to cancel their conference registration and seek a refund for personal
reasons, the following policy regarding refunds will be applied:
1) Cancellation made 60 days prior of the conference date, 100% of the payment will be
refunded.(Bank/transaction fee charged by the third party will not applied)
2) If cancellation is initiated at least 30 days prior of the conference date, a refund
equivalent to 50% of the payment made will be issued.
3) No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 30 days of the conference
start date.
4) All no shows will not be eligible for refunds.
5) Requests for cancellation and refund must be submitted via email. It should be noted
that the organizing committee cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our
control, such as inclement weather, campus conditions, travel disruptions, visa issues,
or health-related concerns.
Important Note:
Your paper will be excluded from
proceedings at any level of quality checks carried out by the Press. Conference
organizers are
not responsible if your paper detects plagiarism or any lack in quality reported by the
press
after submission of final proceedings (camera ready copies) to the press. Conference
organizers
are responsible for the technical quality of paper on the basis of reviews obtained. It
is sole
responsibility of authors if their paper detects plagiarism even in later stages of
quality
check. No registration fee will be refunded in any case if your paper is excluded from
proceedings by the publisher.
When the registration confirmed, an official receipt will be issued, you will receive the hard copy receipt together with all conference materials at the conference spot. If you need the receipt before the conference date, we can send you the scanned verion or post you the hard copy (You need to cover the postage).
